First steps
Initial Meeting
Once you provide your contact information, we will reach out within a few days to schedule an interview with you.
Please bring proof of address and your driver's license to the interview, as we will begin the employment process immediately.
Background Screening and Drug Testing

We are currently streamlining our hiring process by bypassing this step to make it quicker and more efficient for you.
This means you can be hired on the same day as your interview and start working immediately.
Classroom Training
We will provide you with all the essential knowledge during our two-day classroom training, covering everything from the very basics to specialized animal control information, ensuring your delivery work is safe and professional.
You will be compensated £100 for each day of training.
Van Hire and Documentation
If you have your own van, we’ll manage all the necessary documentation for you. If not, we’ll arrange a rental van and handle all the organization and paperwork on your behalf.
Driving with an Experienced Delivery Driver
You’ll spend a few days alongside an experienced delivery professional, gaining hands-on experience and learning directly from an expert in the field.
This will provide you with a thorough understanding of the job and equip you with all the skills and knowledge you’ll need.
From this point forward, you will be fully compensated. Daily Rate:£175 – £195
First Two Weeks of Easy Routes
For your first two weeks, you will be assigned easier routes to allow you to take your time and become comfortable with the process. Rest assured, we will be there to support you every step of the way.
Congratulations, You're Ready!
You've completed your training and are now an experienced driver, capable of handling everything independently. Over the next few months, you'll become truly comfortable in your role.
